Thank you for shopping at WINX Group. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we are here to help.
1. Eligibility for Returns
Items may be returned within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
- To be eligible for return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all original packaging and tags.
- The following items are not eligible for return:
- Custom or made-to-order products (unless defective)
- Personal care, hygiene, or clearance items
- Items damaged due to misuse, improper assembly, or normal wear and tear
2. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact our support team at sales@winxgroup.com with:
- Your order number
- The reason for the return
- Photos of the item (if defective or damaged)
We will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days with instructions on how to proceed.
3. Return Shipping & Costs
- For change-of-mind returns: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- For defective, damaged, or incorrect items: We will cover return shipping costs and send a pre-paid label if applicable.
4. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s):
- If approved, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process the refund.
5. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please contact us to check availability. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will offer a replacement, full refund, or partial refund based on the situation.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund after 10 business days, please check your bank account first, then contact your credit card company. If the issue persists, please reach out to us at sales@winxgroup.com.
8. Final Sale Items
All clearance or sale items are final and cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive defective or damaged.
